Water:

Prepare an Island-wide aquifer water report, before moving forward with public water. Employ impartial professionals paid with funding from 2% transfer tax at no cost to the taxpayer.

Septic Wastewater Systems:

Re-examine the Center Wastewater plan, now that the School has moved forward with its own innovative alternative systems (I/A).

Affordable Housing:

Move forward with creating affordable housing units on existing town-owned lands.

Development:

Employ thoughtful and balanced development that protects the character of the Island by limiting oversized houses and tightening the Town Code.

Town Government:

Change the time of Town Board meetings to encourage the involvement of working people. Post timely agendas with detailed information. Welcome and respect public opinion in all settings.
